OUR SERVICES

INF are business consultants, who deliver consultancy and interim project management in marketing, publishing and communication departments.

We are specialized in Brand and Digital Asset Management, workflows and project management and automatization of process related to create content and artwork for publishing on print or digital media.

We do also coach and support customer project managers og department managers in change management and business process reengineering related to production and management of marketing and communication material.


INF delivers services on a step by step base, delivering external services only where customers need it.

Business strategies

We contribute to development of business strategies in publishing departments and publishing companies with our expertise in production and distribution technologies. The experience from business strategies serve as contribution to business cases, requirement specifications and vendor selections.


Business analyses

Business analyses of workflow, processes, business rules and organization are core to the recommendations by INF. We do not only analyze dataflow, but analyses the data- and job flow in context of business rules and the organization.



Business Cases

In some projects we deliver the facts and input for business cases, to clarify which business processes and technology services could be more efficient and which options could be considered to create this efficiency, being training, process change management, department business process or investment I new technology services.  Business cases will also include initial budgeting of internal and external costs in order to provide ROI calculations. In other projects our customers has performed these task and need external support to run an investment project and/or a change management project.

Requirement specification

In most technology projects, we manage or support the requirements gathering from business and IT-operation – and preparation for vendor selection, including preparation of RFI and RFP/RFQ and support to project teams to narrow down potential suppliers.


Vendor selection

In technology projects, we support customers in the vendor selection process by review proposals and vendor information, by including reports from specialists like The Real Story Group, Forester or Gardner, by creating user scenarios for Proof of Concept presentations and comparing vendor proposals for a final recommendation to project owners.


Solution design and development

We manage or support the customers project organization during final design of the solution, including recommendations for a phased implementation, depending of the scale of the solution and the internal resources required to implement the solution. We support the process of creating test scenarios and join the test program if required - and any services required from the customer side to have the solution ready for implementation on time and budget.


Implementation processes

We support development of internal training programs, change management in business processes and workflows, data migrations and other tasks required around the technical implementation to prepare the operational organization for launch and operational, including monitoring system performance and business processes for a burn-in period after release and handover of solution including business processes and workflow to the operational staff.
